Coach & Consultant / Podcast Host / Author
The founder of The Estranged Heart podcast, Kreed Revere, has been coaching and mentoring others through life transitions for nearly a decade and today, she specializes in working with estranged parents and estranged adult children, who feel disconnected and or stuck and are seeking new ways to repair their relationship with their loved one so as to reconnect in healthy and loving ways. As an estrangement & reconciliation consultant and coach, Kreed finds purpose and meaning mentoring others to shift hearts, transform relationships and heal generations. She thrives on helping others to choose curiosity as they work to repair their relationship with their estranged loved one and opt-in for heart-centered reconnection instead of continued distancing through judgment and blame.
After experiencing her own estrangements (both as an estranged adult child AND estranged mom) and then reconciliation as well as facilitating two support groups for estranged moms, Kreed gained valuable experience about what worked, what didn’t, where challenges were most prevalent and what worked to either end a relationship or successfully heal and then transform the relationship. With her experience as a formerly estranged and now reconciled mother AND adult child, along with viewing estrangement through the lens of trauma, she brings a unique and different perspective to estrangement consulting and coaching practices.
Outside of her work with estranged parents and adult children, Kreed enjoys time spent with her two daughters and their families as well as her two retired racing greyhounds, Hollis & Gemma. She enjoys reading as well as communing with Mother Nature as a restorative practice which helps to keep her refreshed and filled with visionary ideas for personal and professional endeavors.
