Shifting Hearts, Transforming Relationships.
Estrangement: a relationship in crisis.
And relationships in crisis can stabilize and change.
Estrangement is one of the most painful and isolating experiences a family can face. And most of the advice out there doesn't help because it treats it like a communication problem to be solved rather than a relational wound that needs to be understood.
This is a different kind of space.
Here we don't take sides. We don't assign blame. We don't promise reconciliation. What we do is walk with you - through the pain, through the confusion, through the hard interior work that nobody else is talking about - until you find solid ground again.
Whatever brought you here, you're in the right place.
You'd give anything to have your child back. And you've already tried everything you know to try. There's a different way forward and it starts with you, not with them.
You made a hard decision or you're considering one. You deserve a space that takes your experience seriously without telling you what to do with it.
Whether it's a parent and adult child, or family members who've lost their way with each other — sometimes the path forward needs a guide in the middle.
Parenting groups, community organizations, professional associations — estrangement can be prevented, and it starts with understanding the patterns long before they take root.

The Estranged Heart podcast is where thousands of mothers, adult children, and families have found the first words for what they're living through. It's free. It's honest. And it might be exactly where you need to start.
A manifesto and a roadmap. For mothers ready to stop waiting and start leading.

Who is Kreed?
I'm Kreed Revere - estrangement coach, mediator, educator, and host of The Estranged Heart podcast.
I've been an estranged mother. I've been an estranged adult daughter. And I am now reconciled in both directions.
That's not a credential I earned in a classroom. It's something I lived - through the silence, through the grief, through the hard work of looking honestly at myself and showing up differently on the other side.
I bring that lived experience alongside trauma-informed practice, 260+ podcast episodes, and a deep conviction that so much more is possible than you've been told.
I'm not here to take sides. I'm here to walk with you.
Our daughter, who has estranged from us, directed us to this podcast before leaving. It has been tremendously helpful in helping us understand the point of view of estranged adult children and places we can do better in communication. Kreed has a wealth of insight, and kindly shares her personal story as well as studies, research and the work of therapists to guide us toward curiosity and self-knowledge.

Thank you, Kreed, for giving hope, support, and healing to so many. There is so much depth to what you offer. Healing broken relationships and our broken selves is key to a better world...you make the world a better place! Everyone should listen to your wisdom!

I’ve been working with Kreed in individual coaching about 5 months and I recently attended her validation workshop (highly recommended). I truthfully, don’t know where I would be without this woman. She has shown me how to dig deep how to get curious, how to peel back the layers from within. She has helped me to heal. I highly recommend Kreed to lead you in the right direction in dealing with estrangement.
- Private Client: Reconciled Parent
Estrangement doesn't begin the day an adult child stops calling. It begins years, sometimes decades, earlier. And it can be prevented.
Kreed speaks to parenting groups, community organizations, and professional associations about the relational patterns that lead to estrangement and what parents can do differently, starting now.
