2. Service Provided

   The Estranged Heart, LLC offers coaching services, including but not limited to one-on-one coaching, group coaching, workshops, online courses, and digital materials (collectively, the “Services”). Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, legal advice, or medical treatment. You acknowledge that coaching is intended for personal growth and self-improvement.

3. Eligibility

   To use our Services, you must:

   Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

   Provide accurate and complete information during any sign-up or registration process.

   Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Scheduling and Sessions

   Coaching sessions will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time between the Coach and the Client.

   The Coach will initiate all scheduled session video or phone calls and will contact the Client promptly at the scheduled time.

   It is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Coach of any changes to their contact information.

5. Late Arrival Policy

   The Coach will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for the Client to arrive for the scheduled session.

   After 10 minutes, if the Client has not arrived and there has been no prior notification or mutually agreed-upon rescheduling, the session will be considered missed, and no refund will be issued.

   In such cases, the Client may elect to reschedule the session one time only, subject to the Coach’s availability.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

   Payments: Payment for coaching sessions, programs, or digital content must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

   Refunds: Due to the nature of coaching, refunds are generally not provided, except under special circumstances as determined by The Estranged Heart, LLC.

   Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 notice. No-shows or cancellations within the notice period will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

7. Confidentiality

   We respect your privacy and confidentiality. However, confidentiality has limitations:

   We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others. Coaching is not protected by legal privilege like therapy or counseling.

8. Client Responsibilities and Liability

   By using our Services, you agree to:

   Be open and honest in coaching sessions.

   Take full responsibility for your decisions and actions and results during and after the coaching process.

   Understand that coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes.

   Kreed Revere, CFEC / The Estranged Heart is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the coaching relationship or services provided.

   Respect the intellectual property of our content and not share, copy, or reproduce materials without permission.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

   All content, including text, graphics, videos, and digital resources provided by The Estranged Heart, LLC, is the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

    Coaching is a professional relationship and does not constitute therapy, medical advice, or legal advice.

    We make no guarantees regarding specific results from our coaching services.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of our Website and Services.

11. Termination of Services

    We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services at our discretion, including but not limited to instances of harassment, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.
